As the SeniorDirector of Strategic Communications for the global software organization atSchneider Electric, you will be partnering with executive management, sales andregional marketing to position Schneider Electric Software as a leader in theindustrial software space. Developing and implementing and holistic andmeasurable communications plan that differentiates the company from itscompetitors and drives awareness and growth. This position willreport to the Vice President of Marketing and manage a team responsible forpromoting and amplifying Schneider\u2019s story internally and externally, includingpublic relations, analyst relations, social media, customer reference program,competitive business intelligence, marketing effectiveness measurement andexecutive thought leadership. Working directly with senior executives andcollaborate cross-functionally to develop a communications plan includingexecutive and thought leadership to elevate our business profile. Responsibilities: \u00b7 Develop, direct and implement astrategic communications plan to position Schneider Electric Software as aleader in providing industrial and infrastructure solutions and services,enabling companies and organizations to successfully manage their digitaltransformation journey. \u00b7 Provide direct counsel to theleadership team on communications strategies to accelerate business outcomesand manage reputation. Work Experience and Education: \u00b7 15 years of professional experiencethat includes a blend of external and internal communications and marketing. \u00b7 Experience in the industrialmanufacturing domain. \u00b7 BS Degree, MBA preferred. \u00b7 Experience in Thought leadership andnarrative development, AR, PR, communications strategies, success storymanagement and social media.
