This role will propose, research, write, produce, and distribute a wide range of internal and customer correspondence communications while developing, designing, executing, and evaluating internal and customer correspondence communication projects. Key Responsibilities: \u00a0 Consult with the business on appropriate media, communication methods, and key messages to use to best reach the target audience.\u00a0 Researches, writes, and produces a wide range of simple to moderately complex internal and customer correspondence communications. Develops creative and informational approaches for communication materials. Provides guidance and advice to clients on the most effective methods and media. Acts as a liaison with design suppliers to coordinate design and production. May assist with vendor negotiations. May design, execute, and evaluate simple to moderately complex internal and customer correspondence communication projects, including scheduling, editing, securing approvals, production, and distribution. May assist with the creation and production of department-wide internal communications including newsletters, news and feature articles, e-mails, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Required: High School diploma 5 yrs. relevant experience. Preferred: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications or Marketing 7 yrs. relevant experience. Strong customer satisfaction focus.
