Military Experience Welcomed! Job summary: As a member of the Segment Marketing team, the Specialist, Segment Marketing will keep the customer first in all decisions. The Segment Marketing team is responsible for creating demand among Comcast West Division prospects as well as optimizing current customer relationships and retention to support Comcast's business goals for various customer segments, including movers and multicultural. The specialist on this team will be an integral part of managing, communicating, and analyzing movers and multicultural programs that attract new customers and maintaining them through their customer journey. The specialist will work closely with the channels supporting the strategy. Attention to detail, strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and a leadership presence are critical for this position. Primary Responsibilities: -Manages end-to-end process for movers and multicultural offer creation and maintenance, working with Marketing Operations to ensure offers are built correctly to reflect the strategy. Tasks include submitting intake forms, maintaining offer grids, and participating in quarterly reviews. -Collaborates with Internal Communications team to create, update and maintain front line communications including Sales Advisors, Einstein Documents, Job Aids, Placemats, etc. -Builds and maintains relationships with various sales and retention channels (including Sales Centers, SLCoE, ICoE, Loyalty CoE, and Xfinity Stores), working closely to identify opportunities and to improve metrics -Builds strong working relationships with cross-functional West Division teams, regional leads, and Corporate HQ contacts -Researches, develops and presents recommendations on Movers\/Multicultural initiatives as needed -Reviews and identifies trends in various reports\/data sources specific to Movers activities and Multicultural performance -Communicates effectively to internal and external teams -Maintains a customer-focused mindset -Able to handle multiple projects at one time Core Responsibilities: -Coordinates the design and ensures the accuracy of movers and multicultural marketing materials including but not limited to direct mail, brochures, digital content, flyers, collateral materials, newspaper, radio and TV advertising -Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials -Oversees marketing library which includes marketing plans, customer-facing and internal customer materials -Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion -Assists in the development and implementation of internal Marketing plans -Creates quarterly activity calendar -Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines -Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications. -Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. -Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. -Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
