Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Support management with sales and marketing strategies through research and developing campaigns
Identify untapped revenue opportunities by gathering data through market research on industry trends
Perform administrative production work on marketing communications
Coordinate marketing and social media activities, including messaging and content design
Assist management with sales and marketing planning
Coordinate outside presentation seminars and meetings
Maintain critical data resources
General administrative tasks as needed
Perform all other duties as assigned
Currently enrolled or completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations relatable major, master's degree preferred
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) fluency
Social media experience, advanced experience on LinkedIn
Basic Photoshop and Adobe Design skills
GPA of 3.25 or above
Able to multi-task and see projects through to completion
Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Demonstrate autonomy in problem recognition and resolution
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
