Eicoff is a full-service advertising agency and division of Ogilvy & Mather focused on direct response broadcast media. Founded in 1958 by Alvin Eicoff and located downtown Chicago on Michigan Ave. Our specialty is providing media, creative and consulting services related to short-form direct response television. Responsibilities
The Account Supervisor role is crucial in its client-facing capacity, including the following responsibilities:
Client Strategic Direction
Serving as strategic lead on client business, including planning 6/12/18 months ahead
Driving new ideas for client business and agency evolution
Participate as a leader within the agency, driving new thinking, motivating teams across departments
Staying current with broadcast trends and research
Gathering and analysis of regularly updated competitive media spend and creative activity
Development of compelling client presentations in PowerPoint
Media Campaign Management
Ensuring media campaigns are reaching goals through ongoing monitoring and data analysis
Measuring the full impact of video advertising by integrating online activity metrics into TV reporting with the Analytics department
Working with both offline and online client marketing teams to maximize sales across all channels
Leading all client meetings - weekly results calls, regular in-person strategy meetings
Creative Production
Collaboration with Creative team to throughout production process for new video - TV, online video, brand integrations, etc. - and editorial projects
Management of production timelines, budgets, estimates and invoices
Overseeing the commercial dubbing and network clearance process
Management of the financial tracking of calendar for union talent payments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years in agency account service experience
Experience with national broadcast advertising preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm, diplomacy and proactive thinking
Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
An eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new programs and concepts quickly
Strong research skills using multiple resources
Ability to manipulate numbers to identify key learnings and trends
The drive to achieve/take on new challenges
