Our HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model. This role would be located within the “HR Solutions” arm of this operating model. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. The North America Digital Talent Marketing Analyst will be part of the HR Solutions Organization. This role partners with the North America Recruiting Specialists, Regional Digital Marketing Specialists and Corporate Affairs on development and delivery of content for digital campaigns in support of our digital sourcing and recruitment strategy. The main objective of this role is to coordinate the execution of North America digital marketing and social media engagement initiatives related to target audience research, content development, and campaign planning and measurement for Dow’s talent brand.
Uses knowledge of key audience values and motivations to identify digital channels to utilize for digital talent marketing campaigns in the region.
Creates tactical plans for digital talent marketing campaigns and partners with Digital Marketing Specialist, Recruiters, and Corporate Affairs to finalize campaigns.
Creates content and manages editorial calendar to ensure continuous and optimized presence on corporate website, social media platforms, etc.
Selects appropriate digital channels to maximize content delivery and leads engagement activities for the targeted outreach
Analyzes, reviews and reports on effectiveness of campaigns and uncovers audience behaviors to maximize results for digital talent attraction campaigns
Educates and coaches recruiters on ways to use digital channels specific to persona to achieve targeted outcomes
Understands trending keywords used in search engines per functions and businesses to recommend best job descriptions
Works collaboratively and independently, is self-motivated and accountable
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work towards tight deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
Prior experience recruiting through social media platforms
Excellent planning & organization skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Prior experience in digital marketing or communications
Knowledge of Google and/or Adobe Analytics
