\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003eDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager \u0026ndash; Programs \u0026amp; Communication\u003c/strong\u003e is responsible for the development and implementation of diversity programming across the Firm. This includes training efforts and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), as well as development of internal communication to ensure the achievement of department and Firm objectives.\u0026nbsp;Essential job functions include:\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eTracks and analyzes ERG success and effectiveness.\u003c/li\u003e

The full time base annual salary for this position in the Denver, CO market is expected to range between $78,000 \u0026ndash; $115,000. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
