Director of Digital Marketing
Seeking a talented Director of Digital Marketing who is analytical, data driven, and has a can-do approach to problem solving. The Director of Digital Marketing will play a key role in helping the business leverage the digital media landscape to drive scalable and cost effective acquisition engagement for our portfolio of brands in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in growing reach and maximizing both new prospect acquisitions and existing customer retention with a digital-first mindset. Ensure operational excellence for digital campaign deployment, ongoing optimization wrap-up across business properties
Define clear objectives KPI for new customer Acquisition
Partner with CRM on returning users, retargeting Retention
Develop implement digital media strategies for qualified lead generation, sales, and ongoing engagement
Implement acquisition media plans, offers, promotions creative to realize strategies, across traditional and digital touch points
Spearhead media placement for paid search, paid social, affiliate programmatic campaigns
Expand and execute reporting to show KPI / effectiveness, and insights for ongoing buy management optimization
Monitor and partner with other departments on digital / acquisition attribution models to understand and optimize channel impact
Manage staff, internal partners and external vendors, prioritizing scale and ROI
Facilitate billing, forecasting and budget management across all channels and partners
BA degree in Marketing Communications or related field
10 years of experience in digital marketing positions, with increasing responsibility
Previous experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced consumer business is a must
Proven ability to lead robust testing strategies across multiple KPIs and campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment.
Strong inter-personal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate to various audiences
