Reporting to the North America Marketing Head, the Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for the successful development and implementation of a strategic plan for comprehensive communications and marketing program that is in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
What we offer
Strategic Development: Partners with key stakeholders to develop and direct overall marketing communication strategy across the multiple business segments.
Team Management : Manages a team of marketing and communication professionals to execute the vision and strategy of the organization.
Lead Generation: Develop targeted marketing and communications strategies to generate quality program leads and increase new customer conversion. Work with teams to obtain market and competitive information and develop targeted outreach.
Editorial and Content: Leads all marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms, to drive awareness, leads, engagement, retention and adhesive adoption. Integrate content within other marketing activities, ensure all content is on-brand, determine appropriate channels for content distribution, and secure partnerships with appropriate partners to expand reach.
Digital & Social Platforms : Oversees the development and management of content on all websites, digital and social platforms. Looks for and evaluates new opportunities to expand reach.
Creative Design: Directs the management of creative design projects to support the organization; includes sales tools such as brochures and sell sheets, online and print ads, and event collateral. Work with team to manage external designers, timelines, and budget.
Budget Management: Oversees and maintains the marketing and communications budget. ','!*!Who we are looking for
Four-year degree in marketing or communications or other business-related field from an accredited college or university
10 years experience spearheading integrated marketing campaigns (Web, automated email, social media, direct mail, collateral, PPT) is required
Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
Experience writing compelling marketing content, creative briefs and presentations
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience and knowledge of developing marketing communications strategy for B2B environments
