Work with youth to develop a personal success plan and provide life skills training and support.rnrnrntRecord all significant events in resident behavior logs, including goals, observed behavior, etc.rnt rnrnrnrntrnttrntttrntttrnttttrntttttrnttttttrnttttttrnttttttlrnttttttrnttttttrntttttrnttttrntttrntttrnttrntrnrnrnMake appropriate documentation for the intake procedure, service plan, daily log, and discharge plan for each resident.rnrnrntRespect the rights and protect the confidentiality of residents and families.rntProvide After Care support and documentati1 n which will include but not be limited to verification of the youth's successes in the community. (i.e. Level of Education, Employment status, Upkeep of personal living space,  Upkeep of  personal  care such  as  hyg1  e ne,  counseling ,  nutrition  and  level  of  dependence  on social services.)rntResponsible for the accurate accounting of household expenditures, collection of rent, and negotiating rental agreements, etc.rntInput computer tracking data; perform other computer tasks as needed.rntBe aware of local, state and national laws, and juvenile codes affecting youth and families.rntAttend staff meetings, in-service training and Workshops and share information about training received..rnrnrnl 0. Perform other duties as assigned.rnrnSkills Needed: Be able to demonstrate active listening skills, conflict resolution, internal motivation, and flexibility with young adults whose characteristics may include but are not limited to, low motivation, lack of interpersonal skills, disrespect for authority figures, easily influenced by peers, lack of regard for rules.rnrn rnrnMinimum Qualifications:rnrn rnrnGrade: 6rnrnl . AA degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field and six (6) months experience in a human service program or 2 years experience in a human service agency working with clients in area of self sufficiency.rnrnrntComputer experience.rntProficient in verbal communication and in maintaining written documentation.rntAge 21 or aboverntValid driver's license with good driving record and insured vehicle available at all times.rntMust pass criminal history background check, child abuse background check.rntAbility to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing .rntAble to attend meetings and training sessions in and out of arearntMust be able to work flexible hours.rnrnrnGrade: 7rnrnrntMeet the qualifications abovernrnrn2.
