Be part of an exciting changing environment in the growing healthcare segment. Work in the largest growth area of the company in Medicare.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is critical to delivering our Medicare marketing programs. The position will manage Telephone Number Automation and Reward Card programs year round. The position works hand in hand with telesales to ensure coordination and partnership. Other areas may include development of direct mail, digital and other mediums to promote enrollment into our Medicare programs.
Fundamental Components:
Review program results and work with telesales and analytics teams to develop recommendations.
Work with legal and compliance to ensure materials remain compliant.
Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through proofing and review.
Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
5 years related experience.
Healthcare experience recommended (Part D or Medicare)
Organized and attention to detail
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES
Functional - Marketing/Direct marketing/4-6 Years
Functional - Project Management/Communications Management/4-6 Years
Functional - Marketing/Promotional and collateral materials/4-6 Years
Telework Specifications:
Full-Time Telework (WAH)
Considered for any US location; training period in the office may be required
