Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience online/digital marketing in leadership roles; B2C experience
Very strong strategic and execution skills
Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Very strong results optimization and budget management skills
Team and vendor management skills
Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
Experience in an environment that requires execution across multiple locations, like retail, homebuilding, etc.
Must have knowledge and experience in online marketing and must be able to use a computer and beproficient in the software programs that the company uses such as Word and Excel
Background in Google Analytics, AdWords, Excel (pivot tables), and SQL (basic queries) highly preferred
Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills; ability tocommunicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where one is constantly learning and solving new business challengesand working on projects and problems not encountered before.
Take initiative on owning projects and excel at building out best practices and processes by sharingnewly-created documentation for new projects.
Be flexible and able to manage projects independently and provide leadership for cross-functional teaminitiatives.
Frequent interactions with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, with all levels of authority andresponsibility
Team Player; and demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams
Must have strong analytical skills to assess and drive informed decision making.
