Coldwell Banker is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work out of our St. Louis office.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing in-office advertising, technology and marketing support to affiliated sales associates at Coldwell Banker Gundaker. The position supports key digital marketing objectives and goals, and works to ensure that the company’s brand image is well represented.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

Onboarding Marketing and Integration (5%)

Introduce, instruct and guide Sales Associates (SA) and sales office personnel through key branding and property Marketing tools

Drive optimization of CRM

Maximize agent online profile presence including, but not limited to:

CBGundaker.com

ColdwellBanker.com

InTouch agent website

Introduce Coldwell Banker Global Luxury marketing program, where appropriate

Enhance the affiliation process for agents including serving as a resource for start-up activities, education and company tools. 

Support (20%) -

Serve as subject matter expert on all company marketing tools and resources

Education (25%)

Promote and deliver educational workshops for marketing products and programs (as mentioned above)

Attend and support all company-wide education events  and webinars

Direct Agent Promotion Support and Consultation (25%)

Review and assist with building personal marketing plans and advertising strategy for affiliated agents

Counsel on social media strategy

Advertising

Boosting

 Encourage and promote client reviews and testimonials

Support Sales Associate profiles, listings and reviews on third-party systems like Zillow, realtor.com, Trulia and more.

Assist with team profile set-up and support on various platforms

Marketing Support (15%)

Serve as an admin and back-up for office social media accounts

Assist with company Annual Awards monthly recognition at the office level

Assist in event organization and support for local company events including quarterly impact meetings and social outings.

Represent company at community outreach and charitable giving events

Other (5%)

Attend and participate in local Marketing meetings and/or training sessions

Work with the Field Marketing Director regarding job related or Sales Associate marketing issues, concerns or questions

Provide issue resolution and one-on-one assistance as needed

Contact Help Desk support for program and technical issues

Remain cognizant of quality issues, rules, industry regulations and protocols pertinent to marketing such as Fair Housing Acceptable Words, NAR requirements, Coldwell Banker and Global Luxury identity standards, and MLS board requirements.

Qualifications

4-year college degree with emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.   Commensurate experience may be considered.

2-year experience in marketing, communications, sales or customer service

Prior real estate experience preferred

Strong customer service skills required

Experience effectively working independently in a multi-functional, multi-location team

Expert proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to develop training plans for online tools

Strong social media, presentation and public-speaking skills

Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential

Ability to effectively prioritizes work, meet deadlines consistently and follow-up on open items to ensure a timely and acceptable closure to issues and projects

Ability to deal with problems involving several variables

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and sales associates at all levels
