In your role as Growth Marketing Field Lead, you’ll be responsible for supporting our field-facing Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams on their most strategic accounts, positioning Livongo as the leading innovator and thought-leader in the industry. You will be a key strategic asset in our field meetings, supporting client adoption of Livongo marketing efforts, thereby helping clients maximize Livongo’s impact for their populations.

Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to represent Growth Marketing as a strategic asset for Livongo and our clients
Support our field-facing teams (Sales, Implementation, and Client Success) on their most strategic accounts to unlock the data, incentives, processes, and leadership that enable Livongo to optimize enrollment and user growth through cutting-edge data sciences
Lead content development and delivery for field enablement training, ensuring our broader client-facing team can effectively pitch the value propositions of Livongo’s marketing strategies
Continuously innovate our approach to Growth Marketing in the field
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for greater client impact and potential revenue growth
Coordinate closely with Marketing to ensure we are delivering useful feedback from field meetings within the broader Marketing organization
Track the impact of Field Growth Marketing’s ability to move clients to Livongo-Led marketing, thus increasing client impact and Livongo enrollment
Inspire customer confidence in Livongo consumer marketing expertise and analytics
5 years’ marketing experience, with emphasis on field-facing marketing functions
Stellar public speaking and presentation experience and skills, including comfort and finesse when addressing C-level executives (you will be tested on this in the interview process)
Strong Powerpoint skills and excellent written communication skills
A natural people-orientation and knack for quickly forming trust-based relationships with broad sets of people (especially in Sales, Implementation, Client Success)
A well-honed system for managing time and priorities, even if those priorities shift to meet customer needs
A proven track record of exceeding expectations on delivery and follow-through
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Understanding of the demands, challenges, and excitement of quick-moving Sales, Implementation, and Client Success teams
A passion for Livongo’s solutions and mission
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Availability to work out of our Mountain View, CA or Chicago, IL offices
