We’re looking for a highly motivated, growth focused digital marketer to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role will have a meaningful impact on Ancestry’s growth strategy, supporting all aspects of performance media planning, buying, and optimization for Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, and other performance media channels. What You Will Do
Manage execution of performance media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, programmatic, and other paid media channels
Continually test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance via pricing adjustments, A/B creative testing, landing page testing, etc.
Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, creative, and more
Track and report on campaign performance and share insights with other marketing teams and executive leadership
Identify and recommend improvements to partner strategy, campaign setup and optimization
Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to design, implement, and enhance paid marketing strategy and execution
Partner closely with CRM, Brand Media, and Creative teams to build synergies across the organization
Partner with internal and external creative resources to define creative needs and optimize creative execution
4 years digital marketing experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
Knowledge of display media channels, paid social, programmatic buying, audience targeting, AdTech/MarTech platforms
Ability to think outside the box using critical thinking and creative problem solving
Proactive and solution-oriented
with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills -- comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable media insights (ROI) and using them to inform future campaigns
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong understanding of fundamental business concepts, marketing metrics, analytics and tracking best practices
