The Loyalty Marketing Manager creates, executes and manages loyalty marketing campaigns focused on increasing partner and end user engagement, increasing advocacy for the Pelco brand and capturing engagement and revenue from known partners and known end users. This individual will drive sales by strengthening relationships with our Pelco loyalty program customers. The Loyalty Marketing Specialist manages relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver customer loyalty engagement programs, campaigns and communication.   Responsibilities include: Works closely with Partner and Solutions teams to create, execute and manage loyalty marketing campaigns focused on increasing member engagement, increasing advocacy and manage both partners and end users KPI\u2019s Develops targeted campaigns and communications strategies using demographic and psychographic data that will directionally and quantifiably drive traffic and profitable sales Provides meaningful insights into business performance making recommendations for improvements, new content, new initiatives, opportunities, etc. that will drive loyalty traffic and profitable growth Analyze campaign results and continuously refine strategies through a test and learn approach Understand competitive landscape and gather relevant insights to inform growth strategy  Build campaigns, stories and programs that help drive customer love and enthusiasm that leads to strong customer retention and brand loyalty Define global event strategy for end user and partner events to ensure that these events exceed goals and partners and end users leave with the knowledge they need to reach their goals Provide the tools to ensure consistency across all events and ensure local teams are adhering to standards Expertise in online and offline media to manage and optimizing all global partner channels, finding the optimal way to deliver messages to our partners Close collaboration with partner manager and solutions manager in-order to build relationships into partner and end user, and capture opportunities and challenges around our products and solutions Drive Onboarding, Adoption, Renewal and Expand phases to our End User through the relationship with our partners Develop partner relationship by providing insights, roadmaps as well as solutions for specific topics, always in close cooperation with partner manager and solutions manager, with the objective of increasing partner and end user loyalty Qualifications   This job might be for you if you have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business 4 years of direct and hands-on loyalty marketing experience Must be knowledgeable about loyalty and emerging trends Experience working with cross-functional teams with an ability to influence others internally and externally Ability to manage projects, be organized and able to set clear priorities Proactive, self-starter who is comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment   We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
