As the Digital Marketing Manager at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (MAWGA), you would be responsible for the development of our digital communications strategy and will contribute to MAWGA’s organizational strategic goals. Specifically, the Digital Marketing Manager oversees our brand positioning throughout our digital enterprise; including social media, chapter website, email marketing, and photo/video content creation. The ideal Digital Marketing Manager candidate is someone who has the ability to look for creative and cost-effective ways to drive brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for leading the organization to digital fundraising goals.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Social Media/Search Engine Marketing (including writing all ad copy and art graphics)
Email Marketing (including writing call-to-action emails and fundraising emails).
You would implement advocacy and online fundraising campaigns from start-to-finish including drafting copy, layout, landing pages, list segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, distribution, and lessons learned
Email List Management (data hygiene, data enhancement, and web form integration with Raiser’s Edge)
Landing Page/Website Optimization
Campaign Analytics and Reporting
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite
Copywriting for Search Engines
Email Delivery Troubleshooting
Current knowledge of the latest techniques to get a competitive advantage with key digital tools
Strategic, yet fully ‘hands-on’. This is a do-er role. So, if you haven't recently implemented a digital marketing campaign, then this role is not for you.
Natural born leader with a “can do” attitude.
Detail-oriented with a creative/innovative edge.
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience, in marketing or communications required.
Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience with a focus in: email marketing, online advertising, social media, online campaign management, and reporting.
An enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work, the ability to communicate well, and a willingness to learn and be open to new ideas.
Highly organized with proven ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends when needed (all in the name of wishes).
