POSITION DESCRIPTION: Marketing Specialist will be responsible for three key areas:1. Digital & Social Media: maintain updating the product websites, review and modify the Social Media Content, coordinate and execute e-commerce / e-retailers initiatives.2. Branding: develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, communication concepts, POS material and briefs.3. Business intelligence: developing monthly market and product sales report including market share, sales, volume and marketing expenses. support the development and execution for the Marketing strategy plan. Create and maintain the digital platforms for the brands in terms of: Constant update of product websites for both Electrolux and Frigidaire brands. Review and approve the social media content for all brands and the Electrolux's blog site Follow up with the digital agency the monthly reports and action plans. Create and coordinate SEO/SEM, Always on and media campaigns implementation. Monitor Google Analytics to develop montlhy reports and KPIs performance for product websites and blog. Develop marketing briefs and review proposals from creative and digital agencies. Create and monitor monthly reports in terms of sales, expenses, marketing budget and market share. Analyze Market data from Import reports & third parties suppliers such as GFK, Horus, etc. And develop market share montlhy report and support the development for quarterly presentations ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Digital & Social Media -Update Product websites for both Electrolux and Frigidiare brands -Constant communication with agency to modify online product content, social media content, special activities for high season, etc. -Coordinate with agency the e-retailer projects to increase sales, implement tools, update content, etc. Develop content for retailer's social media platforms. -Constant communication with retailers to have updated product information, update microsites conent and develop activities to generate traffic and conversion -Contribute to develop SEO/SEM plans, analyze website traffic, define and follow up KPIs in a montlhy basis. Branding -Create briefs for creative agency. Work closely to modify, review and approve proposals -Develop POS material for strategic brands. -Create media plans and implement by region/brand. Business Marketing Intelligence -Analyze Market data from Import Data & GFK. Understand Market trends -Develop Montlhy Market Share Report and submit to LA Region -Provide intelligence service to our internal clients on business statistics -Update internal forecasts with 5 Year scope POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Publicity and Advertising or related areas; 5 years experience in marketing/communications or digital management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Digital skills. SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, e-commerce, social media. Excellent analytical skills. Financial/Administrative - understanding and cost judgments. Team player and net worker Flexible / Easy adaptation. Work commitment - Meet the dead lines. Excellent knowledge in Ms Office, Excel and Power Point, Word, and Internet. Availability to travel Languages - Fluency in both English and Spanish (write & speak) Good communication and presentation skills Understanding of the Business -Appliances market and evolution. -Dynamic of the business on home appliance industry.
