Description
Summary: Responsible for providing marketing and communication expertise, pre-planning of projects and implementation of programs for services and departments of St. Luke\u2019s healthcare network. Serve as marketing lead for all assigned campaigns. Oversees the operation and production of marketing and communication plans and executes tactics. Manages projects to budget. Collaborates with graphics, internal media services, outside media and agencies to plan, implement and manage projects that adhere to St. Luke\u2019s Hospital brand standards and guidelines. Track and report overall effectiveness of plan. Reports to Director of Network Marketing and Communications.

Collaborates with Director, Network Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for assigned service lines and areas. Responsible for the day-to-day management of service line marketing plans and internal client relationships.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 40%
Concepts and writes copy for print/radio/T.V. advertisements, newsletters, website content, videos, social media and paid campaigns. Produces and executes planned and unplanned content around events as they occur.                                                      35%
Exercises strong knowledge and proficient use of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Stays current on social media tools, trends and best practices within the industry. Develops social media content supporting our overall social media strategy. Completes a variety of social media-related tasks and digital communication projects.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            10% 
Develops and manages paid advertising campaigns. Tracks analyzes and reports on Adwords/social media performance metrics for both paid and organic posts. Accurately researches, organizes and interprets information.                                                  10%

Minimum five years of related experience.                                                                                                                                                                 
Education
Bachelors degree required, preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations, plus minimum 5 years of related experience.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Experience with website content development and social media content is desired.

Demonstrated high degree of creativity, initiative, self-motivation and desire to produce exceptional content.
Proven ability to work independently yet collaboratively as required.
Exhibits sound judgment as it relates to all forms of communication.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable interacting with various platforms (e.g., Word Press, etc.).
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
Employee is required to sit frequently and walk occasionally. Employee must lift/carry a light (10-20 lbs.) to medium (21-50 lbs.) load occasionally. Employee is required to lift over 50 lbs. with assistance. Employee is occasionally required to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, climb, lift from floor to waist, lift from floor to overhead, and lift from waist to overhead. For repetitive action, employee requires simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation. Employee is exposed to the following environmental conditions: fumes, radiation, electrical hazards, and CRT/LCD/Plasma terminal work occasionally; temperature changes (heat, cold, wet, damp) and noise occasionally; confined to small areas occasionally. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood borne pathogens. May be required to work any shift, due to 24 hour per day/7 day per week operation. May be required to work additional hours as needed. (Occasionally: 1-33%, Frequently: 34-66%, Continuously: 67-100%) The most significant of duties are included but this does not exclude occasional work assignments not mentioned or developmental duties.
