ForwardPMX is looking for a motivated Associate Manager, Offline Media. We are looking for someone who has a talent and passion for communicating with clients and helping develop and articulate direct marketing strategies bound to drive success. We are seeking someone with a specific interest in Direct Mail acquisition strategies, though any experience or interest in exploring Email and Digital media strategies is certainly encouraged. Reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with a variety of nonprofit and commercial clients to assess their needs and develop acquisition and retention strategies that integrate with the clients overall marketing goals and approach. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Teamed with a Director, you will manage client expectations and make persuasive arguments for your campaign and program recommendations. Participate in QBRs, vendor meetings and assist with team deliverables
Working alongside a Director, you will create annual and campaign level budgets, forecasts, and aid in the development of strategic performance driven media recommendations
Continually refine the media sourcing approach and budget with guidance from a Manager, presenting recommendations to clients
Work with external vendors on client media sourcing, segmentation, and model recommendations.
Maintain and manage campaign timelines, both internally and externally, to execute performance-driven media plans
Coordinate with internal media trafficking team, on behalf of client, to ensure timely delivery for campaign execution
Track and report on overarching program performance, as well as detailed media and creative tests, across various metrics
Partner with the performance management team on various ad hoc analyses
Must be able to balance concurrent priorities and deliverables, manage your own time affectively, and work in a fast paced environment
Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with the proper resources on hand
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a wide variety of client situations
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree is required
1-5 year’s progressive experience with direct marketing programs is preferred
Little to no travel, however this could increase with positional growth
