Digital and Multimedia Coordinator
Skills needed to complete the job: - Experience developing and launching email, social, and multimedia campaigns. - A working understanding of email automation a plus. - Knowledge of the digital media space (including social media) and new technology platforms (e.g. broadband, wireless, VOD). - Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc?). - Knack for writing compelling social posts. - Advanced computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Design Suite. - Working knowledge of mobile marketing and digital marketing techniques. - Experience working with project management software like Wrike, Basecamp, Asana - Experience managing lists/campaigns via AMS database is a plus. Job Responsibilities: ? Managing strategic planning, development and execution of email, social, and multimedia campaigns and tactics. ? Creating, curating and managing timely and engaging content optimized for specific social platforms and intended audiences. ? Monthly campaign ideation and content calendar development planning that supports strategic initiatives and cultivates social growth and engagement. ? Collaborating with cross-functional and creative counterparts to create social media plan and overseeing/creating of design of social assets. ? Designing, creating and managing paid social ad campaigns across platforms. ? Monitoring, listening and responding to users via social channels when appropriate (customer service response management). ? Reporting on and continuously optimizing social campaigns and tactics through analysis of social data and metrics, insights and best practices. ? Staying current on social media trends and multimedia tools and actively seeking ways to optimize current social channels and expand into additional platforms
