Responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of a comprehensive, proactive investor relations program, including explaining financial results, communicating corporate strategy and articulating the company's competitive advantages and risks to institutional shareholders, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders.
Support and assist with the creation of the quarterly earnings materials, including but not limited to the presentation, press release and Q&A materials, as well as conference presentations and various projects
Drive the preparation of materials for investor relations events, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, and analyst/investor meetings
Work cross-functionally with the business segments and corporate functional teams (i.e., FP&A, Accounting, Operations, Communications, Legal) to compile information and conduct detailed analyses in response to investor and analyst inquiries
Monitor, analyze and report on industry and market trends and peer/competitor fundamentals (i.e., stock performance, earnings, news, new product announcements, partnerships, M&A)
Review and summarize analyst and industry reports for senior leadership and Board of Directors
Maintenance of earnings and valuation models of Grace and various peers
Track and report on sell-side analyst consensus estimates and valuation models
Develop and maintain benchmarks related to financial and stock performance
Stay current on the strategy and operations of Grace and develop and update messaging materials to accurately reflect strategic priorities and investor messaging
Manage IR website including content updates and inbound investor communications
Excellent business acumen with outstanding analytical, financial and data management skills
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable around senior executives
High energy, proactive, creative and organized with strong attention to detail and a strong focus on teamwork
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
5 years of varied investor relations, financial, and/or investment banking experience
MBA or similar advanced degree
Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, and other typical information platforms
SAP and related systems
