Marketing and Communications Manager (Robotics), X
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to design and execute programs and materials that help win the hearts and minds of potential partners, customers and influencers. You’ll be part of a start-up environment that requires you to successfully navigate ambiguity and make things happen.

Lead design and execution of narratives and marketing programs, with an emphasis on partner marketing and new customer acquisition
Develop written materials, such as blog posts, FAQs, talking points to communicate complex technology in simple terms and maintain assets such as websites, videos, social media channels, brand guidelines.
Perform marketing analysis and market segmentation
Lead non-hierarchical, cross-functional working teams who don’t report into this role. Build relationships across the project team and X, and bring in experts from other functions as appropriate.
Set and manage marketing budgets, appoint and manage agencies (design, marketing, PR).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of marketing experience including B2B product marketing, co-marketing/partner marketing and product launches.
Experience building pitch decks and program narratives
Experience in B2B marketing and sales
Project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment with ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Startup experience or startup mentality. Lead cross-functionally and get things done in a scrappy and hands-on way.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop customer and market insights.
Love and deep understanding of technology. Passion for innovation.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
