SALES EXECUTIVE

Our Sales Executives are the frontrunners here at SEMrush. Our team is not only responsible for building relations with potential and existing users, but we help our customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in an increasingly SEO and Digital marketing world. You will be apart of our team to uncover and drive strategic opportunities to optimize growth, enhance the recognition of value, and ensure the sustainability of our business relationship. Modern business is nationwide and so are we! As a Sales Executive, you will work first hand with businesses both small and large around the nation introducing our SEMrush software. Being apart of the SEMrush Sales Team you will be eager to learn new things yourselves. Thats why were always open to new ideas, suggestions, and experimentations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Success in this role is heavily dependent on:

* DRIVEN: Meet or exceed revenue quota every month that is set by the Sales Director

* THOUGHTFUL: Understand the clients purpose for SEO/SEM software, frequency of interactions, and user intent

* TEAM WORK: While collaborating with members in your office is a daily thing, at times you will need to work with your teams and developers overseas

* SELF MOTIVATED: Ability to work independent and become a self problem solver

* WELL-SPOKEN: Participate in trade shows, webinars, live demos, and a variety of other marketing efforts

* OPEN MINDED: Maintain the attitude that nothing is outside my job description

* ORGANIZED: Maintain data on my customers in Salesforce software in order to help clients understand the software by grasping their needs and wants

* CONTINUOUS GROWTH: Keep up to date on current tools and future additions within the SEMrush software

* COMMITMENT: Find business opportunities through research of current and potential clients

* Makes sales development calls to existing and potential customers

* RELIABLE: Establish and maintain business relationships with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements

* Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns

* STRATEGIC: Work with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits services for the customer

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields

* Previous knowledge or working experience of the SEO and SEM field is a must

* 1 years within the field with a proven track record of selling

* Existing media and industry contacts in B2B, SaaS or digital marketing

* Extremely personable and outgoing

* Ability to collaborate with various departments within the company

* Able to be part of a community and work in a team environment

* Strong communication skills

* Must be adaptable to working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment

* Must work well in a team environment with a high degree of independent thinking and self-responsibility

* Enthusiasm and appreciation, attention to detail, commitment to excellence and positive customer experiences always in mind

* Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation is a must

* Must pass an employment history and education check
