Will be responsible for managing Oregon Market external communications approval request (ECAR) process.Update project tracking for various topics using the project management templates developedAssist with approval need for various material, including uploading into our review and approval systemSupport promotional and print product pricing, ordering, and distributionDevelop department documents such as contact and vendor lists; keep these lists updatedDevelop and implement a department intranet strategy and ensure the site is kept updatedTrack competitor activities, including developing a way to track and report findingsSupport department on various other projects and perform some administrative workQualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related area. 1 years of experience in community development, communications, marketing or branding.
