Senior Marketing Program Manager The Sage Group's client is looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager. This is a unique individual contributor position. You will work with a smart, cross-functional team that is responsible for building and managing marketing programs for industry-leading software products. Your job is to make the team successful. You will help plan and execute large, complex marketing programs on time and on budget. It requires a unique combination of marketing experience, business acumen, project management, communication, and leadership skills. And at the heart of it, you love to get things done. Responsibilities: Provide leadership of cross-functional teams to align initiatives and execute to the strategic vision Convert program requirements to executable deliverables; develop and maintain project plans and schedules Organize program activities and related meetings Identify and communicate program scope and ensure critical paths, milestones and all objectives are met Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members and leadership have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and escalate in a savvy manner Establish and lead execution of new processes as needed to ensure ongoing program success Curate, analyze, and present data to solve problems, drive change, and improve performance Ensure clear definition of program success and present results against targets Minimum Qualifications: BA\/BS degree in marketing or communications 12 years professional marketing experience in the high-tech industry (software industry experience required) Preferred Qualifications A proven marketing program manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, allocate resources, etc.) A mix of agency and business consulting experience A Change champion, motivator, and coach; demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills ABM experience and knowledge of using tools to personalize and segment audiences Experience working in a PMO org Excellent relationship management and expectation setting skills. This role will be an influencer. Familiarity with selling concepts and best practices; experience working with sales teams Excellent writer and speaker Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel (do you love pivot tables?) and PowerPoint A PowerPoint master (we\u2019ll ask you to share samples of your best work) Familiar with Marketo and\/or SFDC Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Skype, Zoom, Go-to-Meeting, etc. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending optimism About the Client The future of making is here, bringing with it radical changes in the way things are designed, made, and used.
