Noblis is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator/Analyst to directly support the Group Manager of the FAA\u2019s Communications, Information, and Network Programs (CINP) organization in a wide range of project coordination and analysis, executive communication, technical writing, stakeholder outreach, and specialized administrative activities. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Noblis and FAA staff that applies knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and communication management to contribute to successful CINP program outcomes that support National Airspace System (NAS) services and meet agency objectives.
The candidate must have the knowledge and skills to work directly with FAA executives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. They must also have the proven social and interpersonal skills to coordinate with a team of professionals who are both technical and non-technical and to ensure the team maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with external stakeholders.
In this position, you can expect to work with the Noblis leadership in direct support of the CINP Group Manager, his staff, and assigned project teams, to perform activities including but not limited to:
Work closely with leadership on day-to-day action and activity prioritization
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of technical and non-technical documents to edit materials in a manner that improves their quality and ensures that they are editorially correct
Collaborate to develop strategy and create messaging for program level briefings for internal FAA Audiences (e.g., Group Level Review, PMO Review, Program Monthly Report, Continuous Improvement Team (CIT), Joint Resources Council (JRC), OIB and so on).
Maintain core program reporting slides on CINP programs and capabilities
Contribute to and edit white papers, briefings, status reports, and other communication packages being developed for FAA executives and outside organizations (e.g., Government Accountability Office, GAO; Office of Management and Budget, OMB; and Congressional inquiries)
Provide technical writing, executive communication, and stakeholder outreach consultation, advice, and assistance to CINP program staff
Help identify, develop, and retain appropriate graphics related to CINP programs and initiatives
Plan and execute special projects, either independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, as required
Serve as the CINP POC for communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives; coordinate activities across the organization to ensure consistent and accurate messaging

Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
A minimum of 6 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience writing and editing technical documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and adapt writing style to different audiences.
Strict attention to detail and ability to review and edit a wide variety of documents for compliance, clarity, and proper use of terminology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work comfortably on deadline-driven efforts.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to frequently changing tasks based on client priorities.
Exceptional time management skills; willingness to work extended hours to complete tasks when needed.
Demonstrated leadership, influence, and collaboration skills.
FAA experience preferred
Experience working directly with senior or executive-level government across a portfolio programs to facilitate coordination and consistent communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, particularly the use of styles and creating templates.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new applications.
Willingness to occasionally assist with administrative/front-office support activities, such as calendar management and weekly report creation
Interest in growing into task and project leadership roles for a technical organization
