The Comcast Center Cooperative Internship Program (Co-op) is a six-month internship program based in the greater Philadelphia area. The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students who come from a variety of sourcing channels, including on-campus career fairs, partner organizations, and direct applications. In this role you will immerse yourself into the Comcast culture, working side by side with innovative and talented Comcasters. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers.

Working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units at Comcast during your cooperative experience.
An inside look into the day-to-day operations of an organization at the cutting edge of media and technology.
Exposure to a variety of professional development topics facilitated through our partners at Comcast University and senior leaders within the organization. These sessions include speaker series, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities.
Mentoring from fellow colleagues through the Empowering Future Leaders Program (EFLP) to help you navigate your experience, provide coaching, and expand your professional network.
Continuously develop relationships with fellow interns through social activities, community building, and networking.
The Direct Marketing Acquisition team drives the end-to-end process (strategy, creative development, execution, analytics) for the Residential Direct Mail & Digital channels. These two channels deliver on billions of digital impressions and pieces mailed annually to acquire Xfinity customers. The Digital & Direct Mail Co-op Intern will support both teams throughout the internship, gaining hands-on experience in Direct Mail, Display, OLV, Mobile, Retargeting, Reporting, and Test & Learn.
The Co-op will be responsible for two (2) core areas:
-Ongoing project throughout the program
-Identifying best practices & key insights that drive synergies between Digital & Direct Mail.
-Focus areas include:
-Impact of Direct Mail to .com traffic patterns
-Identifying Test & Learn opportunities across both channels (segmentation, messaging, etc.), competitive analysis for Digital and Direct Mail
-Supporting the Test & Learn Digital agenda for the non-Acquisition groups, as part of our Digital MarCom SME roles with the other groups running Digital campaigns.
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university that has a 6 month Cooperative learning track (Sophomores, Pre-Juniors & Juniors preferred).
-Major: Communications, English, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Interactive Digital Media
-Minimum GPA: 3.0
-Self-Starter-Candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and embraces innovation.
-Experience working in Direct Marketing, Digital, and Direct Mail.
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
-Eye for detail and can easily adapt to change.
-Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable and media industries.
-Ability to work on a team.
-Authorized to work in the United States of America.
