Sr. Analyst, Content Strategy
About the role
At Avanade, our Content Strategy team ensures effective content. It plans for the creation, curation and management of meaningful information including copy, video and images. The goal of the Content Strategy team is to help our stakeholders to understand and produce the kind of content their target audiences really need.
As Sr. Analyst, Content Strategy aka Copywriter, you will leverage your skills to create superior digital experiences in a fast-paced digital studio, working with some of the biggest and best brands out there.
Day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate with both the client and our own internal UX, design, and content professionals to create highly targeted, compelling content for large scale, enterprise digital experiences.
Participate in developing on-strategy content in a team environment for internal and external projects.
Work closely with Content Strategists and other creatives to develop content deliverables (e.g., copy decks, style guides, matrices, etc.).
Proof read content and advise on grammatical corrections and edits.
Expand your proficiency with content strategy by assisting and leading in the creation of strategies for client brands, which meets specific client needs and which match client goals.
Have occasional travel to client sites.
You are a creative thinker and assertive problem solver with an analytical mind as well as an effective and conscientious professional. You have a sense of responsibility for timeliness, accuracy and quality of work.
Your key qualities and skills likely include:
1-3 years of experience in content development, copywriting, and copy optimization for digital (web/mobile)
Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to self-manage.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic knowledge of SEO practices
You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or a related field, as well as some experience in digital strategy, digital marketing or media work.
