One of our most long time clients have asked me support them in their search to find a candidate for their Gas Customer Solutions in Sales and Marketing, Downtown Manhattan -14th Street area Working Hours - 8am:to 4:30pm The candidate will actively support and implement Gas Customer Solutions sales and marketing initiatives to promote the use of gas heating through oil to gas conversions. The candidate will be required to coordinate with other internal and external stakeholders as necessary to support these efforts. The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or related field and have previous demonstrated experience working in direct sales, cold calling, and marketing. Candidate should be analytical and possess data assessment skills. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to make sales presentations. Microsoft Office knowledge is required and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) systems is preferred. The candidate will need to coordinate sales calls to assigned leads and respond to customer and other stakeholder inquiries regarding the oil to gas conversion process and successfully meet sales goals. May need to provide assistance on marketing campaigns requiring email blasts and/or direct mailers.Will perform sales presentations from time to time (e.g. internal customers, external stakeholders, such as trade associations, condo/co-op board meetings and general sales meetings) Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and updating all relevant internal systems (Salesforce and additional systems as needed) in a timely manner.
