Evolving our marketing capabilities from various singular solutions to an enterprise-wide marketing ecosystem comprised of interconnected vendors and technical solutions that enable our Marketing team to drive superior customer experiences and to execute digital marketing effectively via analytics driven insights, efficiently via process and automation, and cohesively by sharing best-practices, knowledge and data. This individual will be expected to offer innovative solutions and provide actionable data-driven insights, leveraging his\/her digital and operational consulting expertise to help achieve performance goals. In addition, the candidate will offer consulting guidance to support other teams within the commercial organization as needed. The ideal candidate must thrive in change and be quickly, adaptable to the evolving medical device industry, including being able to drive strategic organizational change and socialize digital expertise across the company. In addition to providing digital thought leadership, this individual is also responsible for the tactical implementation of the marketing programs\/campaigns and should be comfortable in administering multiple platforms in the organization\u2019s marketing technology stack. This individual may also be responsible for supervising agencies and vendors for specific projects. Your Responsibilities Your Profile Plan and execute measurable, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support the organization\u2019s goals Provide email automation and lead-nurturing thought leadership to key stakeholders in Marketing Target audience and channel identification: Describe personas\/architypes of the different audience segments and their preferred digital channels in line with the overall sales and marketing customer targeting strategy, in order to allocate appropriate resources and spending segment by segment and channel by channel; establish analytics to track ROI by segment Digital competitor monitoring: Establish process and methods for tracking the digital marketing activities of competitors and report on success, developments and changes for strategic purposes Help define goals, shape and execute plans for optimizing the success of marketing campaigns on mobile Lead capture -- add events as a channel - create plans and help execute the capture of email addresses at all BIOTRONIK customer and industry events, automated processes for inputting customer profile information in the CRM, to run nurturing email campaigns and convert leads into marketing qualified leads Customer retention campaigns - all service and support requests, on FB, phone or in person is an opportunity to capture an email address and follow up with an automated campaign that improves the customer experience, follows up on their satisfaction, increases retention and improve loyalty Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites Work with portfolio managers in developing campaigns that produce marketing-qualified leads to hand off to Sales by using CRM and marketing automation tools Establish closed-loop analytics with Sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert more customers Review new marketing technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Responsible for leading digital initiatives and solving unique and complex problems using digital expertise, judgment and precedents Provide audits and assessments of current digital marketing programs and provide recommendations on areas of improvement and efficiency Regular reporting of digital marketing activities against established metrics and KPIs Ensuring brand consistency is delivered online across all digital channels Manage agencies and vendors as needed for different projects and programs Performs other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned Bachelor\u2019s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent. MBA or master\u2019s degree in business or other relevant field is ideal but not required Five or more years in a digital marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing methodologies, including SEO\/SEM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and experience in optimizing landing pages; Bootstrap experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, etc. preferred Experience working with content management and sales enablement platforms Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Econda) Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products Expert knowledge with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce\/Dynamics) Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, IT or other similar field preferred Exceptional project management and communication skills Video production experience preferred Are you interested?
