Schedule: Regular Full-timeShift: DayHours: 8:00am-4:30pmJob SummaryrnrnThe Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist participates as a member of the Provider Recruitment and Retention team to develop advertising campaigns and provide a pipeline of candidates to Provider Recruiters. The Sourcing Specialist will utilize current sourcing techniques to source both active and passive job seekers. This is accomplished by leveraging social media, relationships, and advertising areas to developing a pipeline of candidates. The sourcing specialist will be responsible for advertising opportunities, CV mining, pre-screening candidates, and keeping up-to-date on current physician recruitment strategies and best practices.rnrnEducation and Experiencern•Associate's degree and at least two years of Human Resources experience (preferably in recruiting) required OR high school diploma and at least six (6) years of Human Resources experience (preferably in recruiting) required.rn•ASPR Certification and PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.rn•Prior work experience within the healthcare industry, physician recruiting, marketing or human resources preferred. Experience working directly with providers is strongly preferred.rnrnRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilitiesrnrn•Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.rn•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.rn•Prior experience working with applicant tracking software platform.rn•Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.rn•Understanding of targeted sourcing and candidate relationship techniques.rnUnderstanding of State and Federal employment and employment law.rn•Travel for business needs will be requiredrnrnEssential FunctionsrnrnPeoplern•Acts as a role model for co-workers within the department and the EMHS system.rn•Maintains and exhibits a professional, positive attitude towards co-workers, work and EMHS.rn•Demonstrates a commitment to co-workers, job duties and EMHS (e.g., team player)rn•Provide coverage to other department employees as needed. Coverage for Recruitment Director may include compiling data, attending meetings, etc.rn•Coordinates/recommends advertising activities with oversight of the Director of Provider Recruitmentrn•Researches, develops, plans, implements all methods to generate candidates, including national/local/internet advertising, direct mail, resident-related events and publications, job fairs, etc.rn•Source candidates through various physician databases.rn•Attend Recruitment events as directed by the director. Create marketing materials for recruitment events.rn•Manages client expectations through understanding the issue(s), providing a timeline forrngetting back to the client if not resolved immediately, resolving the issue(s), and if unable tornresolve, forwarding to the appropriate resource and providing the client with the forwardingrncontact information.rn•Educate and collaborate with management team regarding the physician recruitment process, market availability of candidates, specialty trends, and other key components.rn•Presents potential candidates to system provider recruiters and arranges telephone screeningsrnrnServicern•Provides excellent customer service, both for internal and/or external customers.rn•Responds to communications (phone calls, voice mail messages, and emails) in a timely manner.rn•Develop marketing plans for each recruitment effort; may include writing ad copy, designing marketing material, attending recruitment events, direct mail purchase, and/or engaging outside recruitment firms.rn•Ensure service standards are met relative to the applicant review process; to include prompt screening of new applications, responding to applicants, completing phone interviews, providing practices with complete applicant profiles, confirming follow up by practices, and issuing prompt invitations for site visits.rn•Analyze and collaborate with provider recruiters to ensure the posting reflects the qualifications, technical skills, licensure and certifications required of the job.rn•Develops and executes sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.rn•Source, screen and assess qualified applicants for position vacancies within assigned area and/or organizational structure.rn•Screens and assesses candidates, referring only top talent to provider recruiters.rn•Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and diversity initiativesrn•Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules,rnconducting research, developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions.rn•Creates recruitment flyers for each open position and provides to provider recruiters to be used for distribution, internal referrals and job fairs.rn•Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and newrnlegislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advisingrnleadership on needed action.rnrnQualityrn•Seeks ways to improve quality of services provided - Identify opportunities for fiscal and time efficiency in the recruitment process.rn•Provides assistance to Director in improving provider recruitment and retention servicesrn•Maintain regular contact with candidates to keep them informed of their status in the selection process.rn•Participate in preparing reports and data for practices, the Recruitment and Retention Department, and administrators as needed.rn•Ensure all candidate information is tracked in the physician recruitment database and applicable departmental/system logs/databases.
