The Corporate Communication Team enhances the company's reputation and positively impacts its employees' engagement by developing key messages and impactful storylines and communicating them to internal and external audiences.
Acts as spokesperson for Reebok on specific topics
Creates understanding and engagement for Reebok's strategy within and outside the company for assigned area of responsibility - brand, sustainability and social purpose
Understands Reebok's business goals, as well as Reebok's role within adidas and translates these goals into a communication plan that is aligned with the overall global Corporate Communication strategy
Develops and executes the communication strategies for Reebok globally across internal and external audiences, with both internal and external stakeholders (including media), in line with guidelines and standards set by the Senior Director Corporate Communication
Provides expertise for assigned functional areas with team and business partners.
Positions Reebok as a leading brand in corporate media globally by managing media relations effectively
Acts as trusted business partner and communication consultant to the business within the assigned area of responsibility.
Establishes solid relations with corporate communication team, Global Newsroom, Chief of Staff office and key business partners in the markets; leverages best practices and benchmarks from communication partners across the organization.
Ensures cross-functional communication and collaboration with key stakeholders in assigned area of responsibility and proactively identifies areas of opportunity for improvement.
Develops highly professional content for internal and external adidas Group channels (owned by Corporate Communication) ensuring alignment with Content Strategy and Creation team on key focus topics. Updates content as needed across key channels (e.g. a-LIVE intranet, yammer, gameplan-a.com, adidas-group.com)
Develops and executes concepts and messaging for both external and internal key events/activations/campaigns with Reebok leadership (including e.g. interview sessions, Town Hall meetings, board visits, events, etc.)
Key contributor for Corporate Communication team in its successful day-to-day operations (e.g. media relations, events, briefing + messaging docs)
Works towards the achievement of department targets
Oversees key internal channels and processes - newsletter and editorial calendar

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
University degree in business studies, marketing, communications or related field
Strong competence in communication and business topics
Media Relations experience in PR and/or Corporate Communications
5-8 years of progressive communication experience
High degree of customer orientation; experience in working with executives at all levels
Positive attitude and ability to maneuver in fast-paced, consistently changing environment
Experience in operating in matrix environment; experience in working cross-functionally and ability to understand external business drivers
Understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
Very good communication expertise both written and verbal (quality, consistency and accuracy); ability to take complex ideas and explain them to various levels of the organization
Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong writing, organizational and event planning skills
