The Coordinator reports to the Director, Partnership Planning (Strategy) for the Partnership Marketing and Creative Team. The Coordinator maintains an awareness of the general planning and status of team project management, execution and asset distribution. She/he is responsible for coordinating the collection, trafficking, delivery and retrieval of all assets to various business units within TWDC. Additionally, she/he supports the Director and Vice President on all presentation materials, Keynote and/or PowerPoint presentations, one-sheet documentations, status grids, etc. She/he will work with both the Creative and Production teams within Partnership Marketing to provide assets, files, deliverables, creative briefs, etc. as needed by the overall team.

Responsibilities :

Daily lead on all DCWW Partnership Marketing initiatives and assets for delivery to other TWDC LOBs

Coordinate delivery, specs, timelines, and all other asset deliverables to TWDC LOBs, including on-air spots, cross-channel promos, reels, and any daily one-off requests

Support the Director and Vice President with presentation needs and meeting preparation – including accurate project details and relevant entertainment, business and/or social media industry knowledge

Attend and prepare for meetings, as requested, and create and distribute meeting notes or recaps; be a knowledgeable representative for the team

Maintain and track all Strategy team project grids, synergy valuations, campaign recaps, etc. updating LOB partners on a regular basis

Manage asset project flow between internal and external teams, including, but not limited to: work orders, legal clearances, creative briefs, grfx and creative assets and routing, approval and delivery processes

Cultivate and develop relationships with multiple LOB stakeholders for both information and asset support facilitation

Facilitate daily ad hoc requests from both internal departments: Marketing, Integrated Planning, Multi-Platform Strategy, Research, etc. as well as external LOBs and Synergy partners

Manage DCWW provided content across Parks & Resorts, including but not limited to: clips, in-room reels, queue line reels, DCL activation, Resort activities

Manage DCWW provided content across Disney Stores, including but not limited to: clips, promos, media wall reels, etc.

Oversee routing, approval and delivery of all special screening materials, including coordination with Content Security, PIX access, specs, digital and/or physical delivery

Oversee scheduling for ABC Supersign and Parks & Resorts signage synergy opportunities, route all assets

Assist Director with DisneyNOW marketing planning and execution tactics (CRM campaigns, paid media campaigns, synergy support, and all marketing materials)

Work closely with social media team(s) to amplify support for DisneyNOW and TWDC Synergy priorities

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordinator or project management role

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

Positive can-do attitude with a strong proactive initiative to follow-through

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build credibility and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors

Solution oriented, creative, strategic thinker

Organized and pays attention to detail

Advanced experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience with social media and social networking tools

Required Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
