As our first full-time marketing hire, we are looking for someone with a breadth of skills and abilities. You will lead the development and execution of marketing plans for product launches by partnering with our Sales, Clinical, and other cross-functional team members. You will be responsible for the development, planning, and activation of marketing communications and digital marketing, and responsible for the efficacy, alignment, and orchestration of all related marketing activities and materials.
Bachelors Degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred
3 years of B2B or B2B2C healthcare marketing experience; cardiac, ultrasound, or other medical device or medical software experience preferred
Familiarity with technologies that currently dominate the echocardiography market, and with the emerging technologies that will serve them in the future
Proven ability to successfully launch a new product into a new market space
Comfort with a rapidly changing, startup environment; startup experience a plus
Business acumen and marketing mindset
Experience in downstream marketing and communications required; experience in upstream marketing is a plus
Strong experience in digital and social media marketing

Must have excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills

Decisive and autonomous self-starter who can set priorities independentlyAbility to manage a cross-functional team and activities without direct reporting responsibility
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary
Ability to occasionally travel within the US
Product Marketing Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing plans for hardware and software products in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including driving the market introduction of new products
Support development of product value propositions based on market and customer insights, including claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers, and markets
Work with the Clinical Affairs team to nurture working relationships with key opinion leaders
Collaborate with and support the Sales team, including organizing trainings
Collect and analyze information on competitive product offerings
Brand Management Responsibilities:
Identify and execute corporate marketing initiatives to build **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand
Own and manage the company’s marketing communications strategy, including company messaging, social media presence, and public relations activities
Coordinate with outside vendors to execute on marketing plans, when applicable
Track and monitor key performance metrics for marketing programs and initiatives
