We are the world’s leading supplier of glass and glazing systems to the automotive and building sectors\r \rThe ADAS Sales Manager in Columbus, OH is primarily responsible for identifying and closing incremental customers to purchase the Opti-Aim Calibration solution.\r \rPrimary Duties: \r\r Develop and execute a formal process to identify and close incremental customers in purchasing the Opti-Aim calibration tool.\r Participate in the creation and development of required sales materials; presentations, fliers and other collaterals.\r Conduct weekly educational sessions for PNA customers across the NA focusing on the following:\r \r Why calibration is critical\r How the Opti-Aim solution differs from competitive products\r Clearly able to illustrate/communicate ROI with the Opti-Aim solution.\r Explain key aspects of calibration including demonstrating static calibrations and dynamic calibrations.\r Travel as needed to key/potential customers or to perform demonstrations/sales presentations to potential new customers.\r Active participation in the Opti-Aim sales planning process including closing a month quota of incremental sales.\r Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles.\r \r \r\r \rAdditional Duties:\r\r Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.\r Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.\r Able to deliver, project and motivate customers through effective sales techniques via phone and in person and in individual, group and classroom dynamics and ability to adjust tactics and techniques as needed.\r Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of sales programs.\r Conduct specific demonstrations/presentations to support the design, development, and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.\r Monitor and measure effectiveness of all sales programs.\r Create high-quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines.\r Manage travel budget effectively.\r Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.\r Troubleshooting customer questions/issues during the purchase phase of the purchase.\r Assist with level one and level two support calls\r
Qualifications Required: \r\r Bachelor degree in Marketing Management or Communications and five (5) years related experience. Without degree seven (7) years equivalent related experience.\r Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; e-mail; Internet.\r Consistent and proven track record of closing incremental business.\r Developed customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written).\r Remote selling skills (i.e. ability to close deals via phone/video and/or email).\r Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).Self-motivated and results oriented.\r Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.\r Proven analytical skills.\r Ability to speak in front of internal/external groups\r Ability to travel 50%*\r\r \r \r \rWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, which includes 401K, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company paid holidays, paid vacations, and education assistance.\rNSG Group/Pilkington is an equal opportunity employer; M/F/D/V encouraged to apply.
