Produce and distribute ACE email newsletters and other communiqu\u0026eacute;s; provide support for ACE podcasts; help maintain Public Affairs and Government Relations pages on the ACE website; manage email subscriber lists, databases, and Google Analytics data. Provide other administrative support to the Office of Public Affairs and to the Office of Government Relations as needed.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eLay out, proof, and distribute the electronic newsletters \u003cem\u003eHigher Education \u0026amp; National Affairs\u003c/em\u003e (HENA) and \u003cem\u003ePresident to President\u003c/em\u003e, press releases, and media advisories.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eScreen telephone and email inquiries from the media, member institutions, association community, policy makers, ACE staff, and the public regarding the activities of the department, and refer inquiries to the appropriate staff and/or association.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProof, post, and maintain DGPA-related content on the ACE website, including press releases, news stories, community letters, amicus briefs, and more.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage data and email subscriber lists in ACE\u0026rsquo;s Customer Relationship Management system and media lists in external database.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSource and assemble daily headlines on website.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide administrative support for the ACE podcast, including scheduling guests, posting audio files on distribution platform, and producing transcripts.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitor online sources for all local and national and press coverage of ACE and its staff members for internal distribution and posting on the website to \u003cem\u003eACE in the News\u003c/em\u003e\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCompile data and prepare periodic reports on Public Affairs digital communication and social media efforts using Google Analytics and other sources.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain archives of Public Affairs newsletters, op-eds, and letters to the editor.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdditional duties as directed.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eManage logistics for press briefings and other Public Affairs meetings. Assist with division meetings. Assist with logistics such as meeting registrations for Public Affairs staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide other administrative support to the Office of Public Affairs as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide support to Senior Vice President in absence of the Government Relations Coordinator.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork in cooperation with administrative team to ensure continuous office coverage for the Division.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain and update records of DGPA\u0026rsquo;s subscriptions to various news publications, subscription services, social media channels, and webhosting outlets.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform other duties as assigned.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eSkilled in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.\u003c/li\u003e
