National Manager, Hyundai Media - freelance
This position is primarily responsible for Hyundai In-Market and CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) media.
We are looking for a National Manager to guide Hyundai National Retail Media Strategy and oversee media performance and optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of integrated multi-media strategy and planning, including an understanding of ALL media channels, and a strong background in Digital media (Video, Search, Social, Display, Ad Tech, Analytics etc.). National and/or Retail Auto experience is required.
The National Manager will support the Group Media Director in leading and developing media strategies while working closely with Hyundai Motor America’s Media Planning/Buying Agency of Record (Canvas Worldwide). The ideal candidate will be passionate about media and have a deep background and understanding of the Digital space. They will have strong media knowledge, embrace new go-to-market strategies and demonstrate superior client relationship skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Role Responsibilitie
Overseeing the strategy, development and execution of all media plans for Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai CPO.
Learn and embrace all phases of the clients’ marketing objectives.
Understand the competitive landscape of multiple lines of business.
Maintain an always current perspective with market conditions and evolving media landscape.
Manage media planning:
Coordinate campaign development across partner agencies, Hyundai Marketing and Hyundai CPO.
Support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Media Team and manage optimization, approval changes and coordinate with cross-discipline team (media, account, creative, production).
Manage and analyze performance data reporting with internal team members, Canvas World Wide and Hyundai Motor America - ensure reports are insightful and apply actionable recommendations that improve Hyundai business objectives.
Drive consistent coordination across IWA Media and Analytics/Data Science Teams.
Ensure productive working relationships among team members and between agency departments, other agencies, clients and media partners.
Individual will be point person that effectively manages the national retail media planning relations with Hyundai Motor America.
Must be highly motivated, analytical, creative and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
8+ years of integrated multi-media planning, including an understanding of ALL media channels (not limited to Digital), and proven experience developing integrated programs from dry-erase board concepts to execution.
