Plan and manage the daily social media components that contribute to the overall communications department mission while maintaining a positive image for the company. Maintain and monitor all company accounts on various social media sites Investigate, analyze and advise on social media analysis and monitoring and report on trends Support strategic initiatives, including the launch of new social media channels Serve as the go-to person regarding social media trends and best practices Support social media campaigns from demand generations, recruiting, and other company teamsAssistin onboarding and training new members on enterprise social monitoring tool Support monthly reporting and analysis for allsocial media accountsQualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Information Systems, or related field. 2 years experience managing a social media community for a company, organization or agency, or related experience.
