The Corcoran Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Advertising and Marketingteam based in our West Palm Beach, FL office-with regularly scheduled travel to our Palm Beach and Delray Beach offices as well.The individual must have advanced knowledge and experience working with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (CC2017) programs. This position requires 1-3 years of graphic design experience with at least 1-year experience in layout design, print production and web advertising. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be comfortable working independently, be able to prioritize and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines and possesses the ability to coordinate projects between various departments, media reps and vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Create and maintain advertising calendars/deadlines, agent billing and spreadsheets.
-Communicate with publications and reserve ad space as needed.
-Receive/Record all weekly/monthly reservations.
-Train Agents to use internal marketing platforms.
-Coordinate proofing and approvals of advertising with Agents.
-Track Agent marketing spend in our system and obtain reimbursements
-Monitor budget to actual spend. Inform managers of Agent spend and trending, any overruns, and brand wide projects.
-Process payments and invoices.
-Review annual marketing contracts, advise manager of cost increases and suggest vendors to drop orreplace.
-Customize and utilize branded templates for property and individual agent ads.
-Create custom marketing pieces; such as invitations, brochures for high end homes, agent self-promotional pieces, direct mail and market reports.
-Ensure that all designed pieces and photos meet publication and quality specifications.
-Design & schedule eblasts in MailChimp (reservation announcements, open houses, etc.)
-Responsible for all in-house printing; monitoring print inventory, maintaining machines, printing materials for Agents, etc.
-Researching and preparing content for the monthly newsletter.
-Assist the social media manager with listing insights/image retrieval.
-Process vendor invoices.
-Assist with special projects as needed.
-Participate in industry-driven marketing seminars at the Palm Beach Post.
-Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and Agents.
-Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities.
-Advertising experience in communicating with publication vendors is required.
-Bachelor's degree in Design or Marketing/Advertising; may consider candidates with a lesser degree given applicable work experience/portfolio.
-One to three years of graphic experience, with at least one year experience in layout design strategies and execution. Background in real estate marketing and advertising is a plus.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required; InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
-Proficiency with MailChimp.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
-Proven ability to work independently with little direction to achieve accomplishments.
-Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
