Citigroup is seeking a communications professional to help play a key role in shaping and developing awareness and educational goals of our world-class cyber and information security program.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who can develop and execute an internal social-media employee strategy and communications deliverables that will help raise awareness and educate Citi staff in order to be the first line of defense in protecting Citis information assets.
The individual will require ability to execute flawlessly, strong writing and creative graphic skills, possess critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to produce outcomes that are engaging, memorable and that affect employee behavior change.
The primary objective of this Awareness Specialist role is to manage end-to-end awareness deliverables and projects. This includes awareness projects for general staff, specific job functions, internal policy and standards, and audit-mandated requirements.*
Projects include multi-media global awareness campaigns over varied timeframes as well as awareness messaging to address audit findings.
The role requires developing and delivering multi-media awareness materials, including print (posters and pamphlets), video, training modules, and web-based marketing materials.* A strong independent work ethic is required in addition to exceptional professional writing experience for a corporate setting, preferably with knowledge of technical content. Experience with writing in a conversational tone is also necessary for certain communication channels including internal social media. Working collaboratively with different work styles and offering innovative solutions are essential in this role. In addition, strong project management skills are required to manage various risk management awareness and training projects end-to-end.
This candidate should have an exceptional eye for detail to ensure deliverables for multiple awareness projects, throughout various phases, are thoroughly reviewed and completed at a high standard.
Plan and execute strategy and build comprehensive awareness and communications to support organizational initiatives, working closely with senior management, Global Public Affairs, technology and other functions.*
