We actively seek a Global Internal Communications Manager. This is a remote positision and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Position Summary
 
The role of [title], Internal Communications is to drive the overall global employee communications program in collaboration with business unit and shared services leaders and colleagues around the world. This individual is a key partner to the Rimini Street executive team and responsible for creating and executing integrated internal communications initiatives aligned to the company\u2019s strategic ambitions with the goal of engaging employees in realizing the Rimini Street mission: To provide extraordinary technology solutions powered by extraordinary people that achieve each client\u2019s strategic, operational, and financial goals. This role creates ambassadors of the Rimini Street brand and corporate values, and helps colleagues understand how they contribute to the overall vision and enjoy a rewarding professional career
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and develop employee communications strategies and priorities and execute innovative programs that support ongoing business transformation and expansion into new markets, foreign and domestic.
Contribute to improving the employee experience through the creation of communications programs and experiences that enable employees to tangibly contribute to the business and have opportunities to be heard across key issues
Effectively partner with key stakeholders including sales and delivery, marketing, public relations, HR, and IT
Work one-on-one with Rimini Street executives including CEO and COO and provide counsel and guidance to execute corporate-wide, internal communications programs
Develop content and materials for internal speaking opportunities and events including corporate-wide all hands meetings, sales kick-off, and global internal events, etc.
Manage internal communications tools and content for intranet, email platforms, internal social media including redesign, new deployments, subscriptions, etc.
Transform and update existing intranet platform and ensure it is intuitive, user-friendly and mobile-enabled
