Work Shift: DAY Work Week: M - F Job SummaryJOB SUMMARYThe Community Outreach Program Manager is responsible for program management and administrative support and is accountable for performance against strategy/goals for the assigned area within Houston Methodist s Community Development division. This externally-facing role manages relationships internally with hospital leadership and externally with clients, partners and vendors. Directs event support staff (as appropriate) and/or the work of others on the team as related to assigned projects (as appropriate). (EF)2.Manages relationships with external vendors as related to programs; includes outlining budget, scope of work, and expectations are in alignment with department needs. (EF)3.Proactively reviews and updates web content and marketing collateral and advertising to ensure effective message for programs and/or service lines. Leads conversations as the business expert with writers and designers. (EF)QUALITY/SAFETY - 20 %1.Drives strategy for and evaluates the success of programs and/or assigned sponsorships/events. (EF) 2.Contributes to development of effective business cases and presents to leadership, clients and stakeholders in order to influence and facilitate strategic change (as appropriate). (EF)3.Identifies and elevates opportunities to enhance the patient experience. (EF)FINANCE - 15 %1.Develops, presents and gains approval of plans and budgets to management. Adheres to approved budget. (EF)2.Independently measures campaign/program/sponsorship results and provides recommendations for improvement. Proactively seeks opportunities to optimize spending and results across channels. (EF)3.Ensures timely submission of invoices; tracks and adheres to budgets for assigned projects.
