We are looking for a motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative
for our branch in Buffalo
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Develops and achieves maximum sales volume consistent with realistic sales projections for assigned accounts.
Oversees operations of assigned customers. Advises or assists them in such areas as inventory selection and control, service available, new products and services, etc.
Plans territory coverage. Calls upon key accounts (current and prospective) regularly. Takes orders, introduces new products and promotions, reemphasizes existing products and services and provides literature as necessary.
Completes customer call sheets weekly, stating summary of calls made.
Controls personal expenses within the approved expense budget and submits weekly expense reports.
Investigates and refers customer complaints to the appropriate Department Manager and/or Branch Manager.
Assists, whenever necessary, the counter personnel with orders, deliveries, returns, inventory and other tasks as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
One year automotive parts related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record to fall within company guidelines.
