The Chrysler Brand Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for working in tandem with brand managers, marketing functions and external agencies to implement overall Chrysler Brand product messages consistently across all marketing channels, including CRM, events, online digital advertising, website implementation, catalogs and dealer point of sale materials, in order to support brand growth and awareness, ultimately driving increased retail sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with Brand Managers, PR and Marketing functions to develop cohesive full year go to market plans
Develop, coordinate and execute a 360 degree marketing launch campaign including traditional, social, experiential, CRM and digital for future vehicle launches
Effectively communicate brand product and messaging strategy with internal and external partners
Review and approve cross functional team content for publication including website, app, digital, brochure, consumer experiential, social content, dealer training and advertising materials
Implement and communicate national launch activities to dealers and business center personnel
Organize and manage large scale launch events and associated budgets i.e. agency immersion, media day)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
6 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, communications or related
One year of past experience with managing programs in a minimum of two of the following functions: product catalogs, events, digital strategy, website strategy, CRM and point of sale materials.
Passion for innovative and industry leading opportunities and solutions that drive sales results.
Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple programs
Exceptional team player/thought leader with the credibility and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
Marketing and/or agency experience preferred in the areas of Project Management, Account, or Media Strategy – Linear/Digital/Social
Experience leading a team through creative development process including strategy development, creative development, production, and recapping results
