Full-time faculty position teaching Fundamentals of Communication, a survey course. Opportunity to teach advanced courses such as Interpersonal, Small Group, and Intercultural Communication. Instruct face-to-face and online. Teach 15 credits per semester, hold 5 office hours per week, serve the College through committee and other service, and continue to enhance their skills and knowledge through professional development. Master's degree in Communication (such as Communication Studies, Business Communication, Speech) or closely related field such as Mass Communication. Two years full-time experience or 4 years adjunct experience teaching college-level communication courses required. Experience with online teaching preferred. Some prior college committee work and/or student mentoring activities preferred. Demonstrated leadership in professional/educational settings preferred.
