CAO functions include Commitment to Customer, Corporate Responsibility & Community Relations, Data Management & Insights, Human Resources, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, and the CAO Integration and Planning Office.
This Multicultural Public Relations Consultant(Communications Consultant)will report to the Cross-Segment Communications Manager, this newly created position will focus on promoting and protecting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s reputation through creative storytelling in multicultural and segment media markets.
He / she will develop internal and external communications strategies that align with multicultural business objectives and provide counsel on large scale projects. This highly visible position is open to any location in the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. footprint and does not offer relocation assistance.
Specific responsibilities include:
Write and edit a variety of complex and/or sensitive communications including press releases, bylines and talking points
Develop and implement strategic communications plans that incorporate internal, media, social, executive and branded channel communications
Serve as a trusted advisor and manage reactive reputation issues
Translate business and communications objectives for social and digital channels
Seek opportunities to fully leverage external channels to tell and amplify our story with diverse media outlets
Develop, maintain and manage relationships with multicultural, diverse national media and influencer relationships
Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
Partner with other Corporate Communications, Marketing teams and across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. businesses to ensure effective coordination, consistency and alignment of communications strategies
Preferred locations: Los Angeles, CA; Houston, TX; San Diego, CA; Charlotte, NC, however, other locations may be considered within the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. footprint.
Required Qualifications:
1 years of multicultural public relations communications experience
1 years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies
2 years of communications experience-in one or more of the following disciplines: public relations, media relations or corporate communications-
