Project manager will oversee delivery of print, Product and AV assets for brand and title for anything brand or independent (not affiliated with Studio creative) titles.
Communicate with print/product and AV agencies (print production, finishing, printing, shipping/fulfillment) to ensure creative is laid out correctly according to spec, then approved, printed, shipped, finished, delivered and installed in a timely manner.
Manage mechanical layouts with print production agency to ensure all notes are addressed.
Communicate with post production or finishing to ensure all specs are met for AV deliverables.
Manage and facilitate legal and clearance approval process for all print, Product and AV assets.
Manage color correction, press checks and final finishing process for all creative materials.
Supervise organization of files for D creative team across all formats.
Oversee department calendar and project list. Compile projects, deadlines and schedules for all production requests. Oversee implementation of project tracking and management system for the department.
Oversee any productions for original content creation. Overseeing booking crews, building calendars, negotiating rates and overseeing shoot (video and static) logistics.
Manage project budgets and ensure that budgets are adhered to. Responsible for negotiating best rates with agencies, and ensuring that billing/invoicing is managed effectively with Finance teams.
Set up contracts and SOW documents with all external agency partners.
Clearly and effectively communicate deliverables, budget and timing with all agency contacts.
Track and manage creative review and delivery process – facilitating check-ins and approvals. Stay on top of all projects in motion, effectively communicate potential challenges or pitfalls.
Basic Qualifications :
4 to 7 years of extensive experience working on the operational side of marketing.
Worked at either a studio, network, or agency environment with an extensive knowledge of the layers and processes behind creative marketing.
Experience with print production, static asset creative and key art creative concepting
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
Experience working across multiple mediums – print, AV, digital and outdoor
Excellent writing and communication skills
Extremely organized, with a desire to make workflows efficient and systematic
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a matrixed reporting environment – is comfortable with ambiguity and change
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams
Can communicate deadlines, goals and challenges clearly to management in order to keep projects on time and on track
Seeks to deliver things on-time, but understands prioritization and need for flexibility when the business will benefit as a result
Understanding the business necessities of a startup/launch property – experience defining and creating new systems or processes.
Experience with streaming platform marketing – how a DTC product works, and how to make effective marketing materials to drive engagement and subscriber growth.
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field.
