Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

Key Focus Areas:
Marketing / Communications
Support Sr. Marketing Manager by providing execution support for OU Cloud education go market initiatives globally. Includes supporting the development of effective marketing messages based on audience and market preferences which result in differentiation to support sales activities with Oracle internal and external customers and partner communities.
Assist in managing the creative and marketing content development process aligning with Corporate Marketing guidelines and messaging.
Manage a structured client reference program following Corporate Marketing guidelines. Manage reference database with goal to publish at least 4 references per quarter.
Assist Sr. Marketing Manager with event execution for OU Cloud. Work with corporate marketing to leverage key events and significantly increase our presence and strategic participation.
Support OU Cloud Web strategy through innovative web design and creative use of social marketing strategies to increase engagement.
Provide business intelligence through monthly marketing reporting to show impact of marketing / communications initiatives.
5 years of experience in Services or IT Marketing
2 years project or program management experience
Ideally knowledge of Oracle products and services as well as training curriculum
Proven business acumen in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Experience working in a virtual team environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Professional with good organizational and planning skills
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
