We are currently looking to add a Part Time Marketing Assistant
to join our team in downtown Orlando. This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination and support of
marketing, community relations, and communications strategies.
What you can expect day to day:
Assists with the coordination of events and sponsorships such as corporate partner events,
-specific events, and
University workshops and seminars to help elevate the credit union’s profile in the community and support the business objectives. This includes scheduling, pricing, managing advertisements, and event set-up/tear-down.
Provides ongoing support for
business unit and branch requests that can include, but are not limited to: coordinating on-site branch seminars, marketing campaign and collateral needs, and advertisements for local sponsorships.
Assists with the annual corporate-wide fundraising drives and activities in support of key local charities.
Assists with coordinating regular community volunteer opportunities for crewmembers that align with the mission of the
Assists with the scheduling and coordination of the
Blue Crew, the credit union’s street team, for partner and credit union-hosted events in an effort to help elevate the credit union’s profile in the community. Also participates as a member of the Blue Crew and works at events that may include evenings and weekends.
Assists with the coordination, management, and distribution of the credit union’s business development ticket office and with the fulfillment of corporate sponsor event attendance.
Provides overall assistance and support to the Marketing department, including but not limited: obtaining vendor price quotes for projects, distribution of promotional materials, and responding and managing the department’s daily email and phone inquiries.
Am I qualified?
The ideal candidate for this role will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations. This includes work experience as well as exprience with school groups, volunteer groups, and all other applicable experience.
